To sign up as a new member, please follow these steps! 1. Sign up online at https://nsnamembership.org/under the “Sign up for New Membership” tab. --> One year membership = $42 and 2 year membership = $80 (You are free to select either option). *Our Project Intouch Recruiter Number is 8012 in step 5 of the application. 2. After completing your online application, please pay the SDSU chapter dues to A.S. Banking. Use this link https://as.sdsu.edu/stu-org-funding/bankingand follow the instructions on the SNA Slideshow starting on Slide 24.
*Student Organization Account number is045 *Student Organization Name is case sensitive and must be typed exactly as - Student Nurses Association SDSU *Our Chapter dues are $10.50 for one year and $15.50 for two years
3. Upon completion, submit this Google Form and upload a screenshot of the NSNA payment confirmation page or your confirmation email. THEN upload a screenshot of your Chapter Dues payment confirmation email. THEN forward the Chapter Dues payment confirmation email to [email protected] AND to [email protected]
How to Renew Membership
