Communications Director - Nina Izabel Go
Hi everyone! My name is Nina (she/her/hers) and I am a Track 1 Sophomore from Walnut Creek, CA! During my first year of college, when everything was online and I was still at home, SNA really helped me feel connected to the School of Nursing and SDSU as a whole. So, I am BEYOND excited to be able to give back to this amazing organization by serving as the 2021-2022 Communications Director!
After spending so much time working at a children's summer camp and volunteering at the Pediatrics Unit of my locaI hospital in high school, I developed a love and passion for taking care of kids. And this has lead to me hoping to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner!
In my free time, I love listening to Olivia Rodrigo, trying new coffee places and drinking their version of an Iced Caramel Macchiatos, crying over romantic novels, and re-discovering old Disney movies and shows on Disney+!
Besides SNA, I am also involved in Associated Students, Dance Marathon, Andrés Bonifacio (AB) Samahan, Rotaract, The Women's Network (TWN), and People for Inclusive Mental Health Advocacy (PIMHA). So, if you ever have questions about SNA, any of the above student organizations, nursing classes, or literally anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out! I look forward to getting to know you!
