SDSU SNA

Vice President - Fernando Garces

Hello to you all, my cherished SNA members and SDSU nursing students. My name is Fernando Garces, but you can just call me Fernie. I am a Track 1 Junior and I am so honored and humbled to have been graciously granted the opportunity to serve you all as Vice President. I had the privilege of serving you all as one the Global Initiatives Co-Directors for our chapter of the NSNA as well as the Diversity Director for CNSA last year. I recognize the value Aztec nursing students bring to our institution, our community, and all of those around us. I am so deeply honored to be a part of this incredibly amazing group of people. It is my hope that as VP I am able to continue to serve this organization through growing efforts of outreach, support, and connection for past, present, and future SDSU nursing students. I look forward to an excellent and productive year working in coordination with the Board of Directors and our constituents to better meet to needs and desires of the nursing student body here at SDSU. Please reach out to me for anything you may need. I am always here for you, happy to help you, and I love doing so. Stay strong. Stay smart. Stay superb. GO AZTECS!
