Breakthrough to Nursing Director - Julia Marie Andres

Picture
Hello! I am very excited to be your co-director for Breakthrough to Nursing with my wonderful co-director Briana. I am ready to serve and inform you and the community about the opportunities that our nursing program and field have to offer. With your help, we can conduct community outreach to our high schools, community colleges, and San Diego community. I hope that with your involvement in BTN, and in SNA as a whole, you will discover the joys of giving back to the community by educating and informing others of your skills and knowledge. A little about myself: I am a transfer student starting my third year of nursing. I used to be involved in COPE Health Scholars and rotated on five different units at St. Joseph of Orange. This experience helped me discover my desire to work in the ICU. Besides nursing, I like to jam out to a variety of music and make home made meals in my free time. I love meeting new people, so please don’t hesitate to talk to me. We can talk about this committee, SNA, SDSU’s nursing program, or even just our lives. Overall, I am looking forward to getting to know you and working with you!

Breakthrough To Nursing Director - Brianna Hall

My name is Brianna Hall and I am a Track 1 nursing student entering my Junior year. I am local San Diegan and am eager to reach out to my community about Nursing. I currently work part-time caring for children with disabilities at the ARCC Center and love being able to work with so many different people. I enjoy being out in nature, traveling, and discovering new places to eat. I am excited to be your Breakthrough to Nursing Director working alongside Julia and continuing to host our amazing events and encourage diversity in Nursing! Feel free to reach out to me at any time about SNA, nursing, or just to talk!
